CONSIGNMENT POLICIES

- Consignments are accepted by appointment only.
  Make a:
     -Consultation appointment if you want to be with us
       when we price your items.
    -Dropoff appointment if you want to leave the pricing        up to us.
       Please limit it to 3 boxes if you are dropping off.

- Items are taken for 90days. There is an automatic
  reduction of 10% after 30days and an additional 25%
  off after 60 days. (total of 35%off). Items are returned
  at no charge after 90 days. No reductions will be
  taken on jewelry that is 14k and above.

- Payment of 50% of the actual selling price will be            available on the 6th day of the month following the
  sale of an item. A detailed statement of your sales will
  be provided with your check.

-You can now check your monthly sales online. Ask us      how to set this up.

FURNITURE CONSIGNING

Large pieces of furniture must be pre-approved. Showing us a photo of what you want to consign is the way to to it. After we see the photo, you can make an appointment to bring it in. Furniture must be in house-ready condition. Upholstered furniture must be free of tears, stains and odors. You need to deliver it to us, and be able to carry it into the store. We can provide you with the name of a mover if you need help with transportation.

PRICING

We establish a price for your items based on your know-
ledge of the original cost and age, and our experience in selling pre-owned merchandise. We want to get the
most for your item, since the more you make, the more we make.

TIPS FOR SUCCESSFUL CONSIGNING

- Items must be CLEAN. Make your things look           DESIREABLE.

- Items must be in the best possible CONDITION.       Items should be sturdy and undamaged. Your         piece will sell for what it is worth at the time of
  consignment. Tightening a few bolts, polishing,
  washing or touching up with a bit of paint can        make a difference in pricing. Items with chips,       cracks, stains, tears or missing parts with not be     accepted.
In addition to condition, QUALITY is very                important to successful consigning. We find our     customers are looking for unique, well made        items at reasonable prices.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION

- All items are sold "as is".

- All sales are final, so consider your choices            carefully.

- We do not hold things, nor do we do layaways.

- There are no dealer discounts.

- We adhere to markdown dates and prices.
